For minimum bookings of 4 or 7 nights, a discount of 10% and 15% off list prices is given, respectively.
Apartments can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.
Ideal for 6 to 8 people, it is composed of a large living room with a fireplace and living area, an open kitchen with dishwasher, a standard double bedroom, two large double bedrooms with the possibility of a third bed (the apartment is suitable to accommodate up to 10 people due to the presence of a double wardrobe-bed located in the living room), two large bathrooms with shower and an outdoor porch with table, chairs and garden.
The apartment is the only one with a bathroom partially adapted to the needs of the differently abled, and, like the rest of the facility, is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible to all.
Guests will have free use of a shared washing machine, with a clothesline, ironing board and iron in each apartment.
The price includes: utilities (water, electricity and gas), use of the kitchen, weekly linen change and final cleaning of the apartment.
Not included in the price:
- daily cleaning of the apartment, daily room make-up, preparation of breakfast and meals;
- the tourist tax of Euro 1.00 per day for each person over 12 years of age.
- Deposit expected (30% of total or full amount in case of one-night stay);
- Payment of the total amount the day before departure;
- After 24 hours of delay without communication, the reservation will be cancelled;
- In case of cancellation, deposit will be retained or refunded if cancellation is made by PEC or registered mail within 7 days of scheduled arrival;
- In case of early departure, the deposit will be retained.
ARRIVALS: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
DEPARTURES: by 10:00 a.m.
- Upon arrival, each guest must turn in an identity document;
- Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest;
- Respectful behavior toward other guests is required;
- Silence must be respected from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and after midnight;
- Throwing materials into the toilet that may clog the drains is prohibited;
- Complaints or grievances must be reported before departure.
